Phase 1 is now closed as a coherent, documented, map-first proof of concept with final branding, 56 canonical launch records, source-aware planning information, public documentation, and lightweight validation.

This release brings the Phase 1 work into one consistent state: the app, data, brand, documentation, source-review approach, and repository records now describe the same completed proof of concept.
